Product Information
All jewelry is handmade making each piece one of a kind. All pieces are made with precious metals. Each stone is hand picked from a variety of natural and man-made gemstones. Stones may vary slightly in color, shape, and size.
Design Changes: Kerri Parker reserves the right to make minor design changes and modify materials as necessary without notice. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of our products being handcrafted.
Repairs
If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact us at 310-449-4471 or info@kerriparker.com. When shipping the item to us, please send the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date received, for a credit towards your next order.
Kerri Parker must be notified of damaged goods within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Returned damaged goods will be credited towards customer’s next order.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (no return & exchange will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a hard box.

Please provide all details as failure to do so shall result in delays. Once we receive and approve your RAN request, we will issue an RAN number and instructions for how to return your merchandise.
Note: Sale items, exchanged items, and special orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any return merchandise shipped to Kerri Parker not in original packaging or without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package(s) will be refused. Kerri Parker Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with these policies. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping for denied merchandise will be at the customer’s expense.
